Privacy Policy

How TargetBridge Insights, Inc. collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information across our websites and services.

1. Purpose

TargetBridge Insights, Inc. and our affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, "TargetBridge" or "we") respect and protect the privacy of our users and clients. The following practices govern how we collect, use, share and protect the information you provide to us through our websites (each a "Site") and other information we might collect about you and the choices you have regarding our collection and use of your information. In this Privacy Policy, "Personal Information" means information that may be used to identify you personally, such as your name, street address, email or telephone number and any other information that relates to you.

For Subscribers of our services (described below) TargetBridge also enters into data processing addendums and terms of service that govern, as between TargetBridge and the Subscriber, how TargetBridge processes Subscriber-Provided Information at the Subscriber's direction.

2. Personal Information We Collect

The types of Personal Information we might collect about you when you use our Sites, or otherwise interact or engage with TargetBridge through other channels, could include the following:

Identifiers

Information that identifies you directly or could be used to identify you. Examples: full name, email address, social media account information, phone number, job title and description, company name, customer account information, IP address, and other data that identifies or could identify your online activity.

Commercial Information

Information related to purchases that you or your company might make in connection with our services. Examples: purchase history, products considered.

Online Activity

Limited information about your use of the internet collected via web analytics — browsing/search history regarding sites visited before or after visiting our Sites, operating system, interactions with our services or advertisements, browser type, Internet service provider, date and time of your visit, time spent on each page, links clicked, pages viewed, and preferences.

Geo-IP Information

Information about where your computer or device is approximately located (at the city or state level) when you use the Sites.

Inferences

Information we can determine or estimate about you based on information we collect about you (e.g., purchase preferences, potential future purchase behavior).

User-Generated Content

Information you post on the Sites, such as comments or reviews about products.

3. How We Collect Personal Information

Depending on your relationship with TargetBridge, we may collect Personal Information from you in different ways, including:

  • When you give us Personal Information directly, including through contact forms, surveys, registering for events, or by emailing or calling us.
  • When you post user-generated content on our Sites. Content submitted to any public area of the Sites is considered "public" and will not be subject to the privacy protections in this Privacy Policy.
  • When we record calls, training sessions, webinars, or similar events, with reasonable prior notice.
  • When we collect information about your online activity automatically through web analysis (IP address, cookie identifiers and similar identifiers).
  • When our subscriber clients ("Subscribers") use our analytics-based, data-driven solutions in their B2B marketing and sales efforts, and we act as a service provider processing "Subscriber-Provided Information".
  • From third-party providers, partners and integrators who gather data from a variety of sources, which we use to develop professional profiles ("Business Profile Information") compiled into our Business Database.
  • From third parties such as web-based and mobile networks, exchanges, aggregators and publishers. We do not reverse engineer this information to identify you personally; we use it to identify the company associated with the data.

Except as may be applicable for our employees or job applicants, we do not knowingly collect sensitive Personal Information.

4. How We Use Personal Information

We process Personal Information only for the reasons for which we collected it and where we have a legal basis to do so.

To Provide Products, Services, or Information Requested

Manage your accounts; respond to inquiries; provide access to features of the Sites; allow you to register for events.

Administrative Purposes

Measure interest in our services; ensure internal quality control; communicate about your accounts; verify your identity; process payments; process applications and transactions; comply with regulatory requirements; prevent prohibited activity; perform data analysis; enforce our Terms of Use.

Research and Development

We may perform survey research (online and offline), sometimes through third parties. Participation is voluntary.

Marketing TargetBridge Products and Services

You may receive periodic emails, newsletters, mailings, or phone calls from us, as permitted by applicable law. You can opt out as described in Section 6.

Subscriber-Provided Information

TargetBridge may use Subscriber-Provided Information to process data for our Subscribers.

Business Profile Information

We may use Business Profile Information to provide B2B contacts and enriched data to our Subscribers and partners.

De-Identified and Aggregated Information

We may create de-identified and aggregated information that does not directly identify you.

5. How We Share Personal Information

We may share your information as described in this Privacy Policy or with your permission.

Service Providers

Third-party contractors, partners, vendors and providers we use to perform functions on our behalf, with access only to perform those functions.

Business Partners

Affiliates and partners to fulfill contractual commitments or to provide a product or service you have requested.

Subscribers

Business Profile Information we collect and process may be shared with our Subscribers, governed by their privacy policies.

Affiliates

We may share Personal Information with our affiliated companies.

Interest-Based Advertising

We may allow third-party advertising partners to set tracking tools on our Sites. You may opt out as described in Section 6.

Disclosures for Legal or Similar Purposes

To comply with legal requirements, protect rights/safety, enforce our policies, or when otherwise necessary.

Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers

We may transfer Personal Information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or asset sale.

6. Your Data Rights – Opt-Out and Choice

You have certain choices about your Personal Information. To exercise your rights — including removal from our Business Database — contact DataSubjectRequests@@TargetBridge.com.

Email and Telephone Communications. To opt out of promotional emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or email privacy@@TargetBridge.com. For telephone communications, we maintain do-not-call and do-not-mail lists as mandated by law.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control Signals. You may enable DNT or GPC signals in your browser to opt out of the collection and sharing of Personal Information related to your website activity.

7. EEA, UK, and Switzerland — Controller, Lawful Bases, and Rights

For residents of the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, TargetBridge is the data controller for personal information collected on the Sites, except where we are providing services on behalf of our Subscribers (in which case Subscribers are controllers and we are a processor).

Lawful bases include legitimate interest, consent, legal obligation, and contractual obligation.

Rights. You have the right to be informed; access; portability; correction; deletion ("right to be forgotten"); and to request restriction of or object to processing where permitted by law.

Data Privacy Framework. TargetBridge Insights, Inc. complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. To view our certification, visit dataprivacyframework.gov.

8. California Privacy Rights

The California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") provides certain legal rights for California residents, including the right to opt-out of the sale/share of Personal Information, to access information about our collection and use, to request correction, and to request deletion (subject to certain exceptions).

We do not disclose, sell, collect, retain, or share sensitive personal information, and we do not sell or share the Personal Information of consumers under 16 years of age.

9. Texas Data Broker Notice

TargetBridge (the entity maintaining this website) is a data broker under Texas law. To conduct business in Texas, a data broker must register with the Texas Secretary of State (Texas SOS). Information about data broker registrants is available on the Texas SOS website.

10. Cookies, Pixel Tags/Web Beacons and Analytics Information

We, as well as third parties that provide content, advertising, or other functionality on our Sites, may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and other technologies ("Technologies") to automatically collect information and recognize you across devices.

We use these Technologies for strictly necessary, performance, functional, targeting, and social media purposes. You may opt out by blocking or disabling them through your browser, or via industry opt-out programs at aboutads.info/choices, youronlinechoices.eu, youradchoices.ca, and networkadvertising.org.

11. Other Rights and Important Information

Security Measures. We take steps to ensure that your Personal Information is treated securely through administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to our size and the types of information we process.

Retention. We retain Personal Information for as long as needed to provide services and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Data Transfers. Personal Information may be stored or transferred outside of your jurisdiction, including to the United States. Where required, transfers are supported by approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Children's Privacy. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children (under 13, and under 16 in certain jurisdictions).

International Users. Any dispute over privacy or the terms in this Privacy Policy will be governed by the laws of the State of New York.

12. Revisions to the Privacy Policy

TargetBridge may change this Privacy Policy by posting an updated or revised Privacy Policy on our Sites. Please check periodically to stay up-to-date. Your continued use of the Sites after such changes constitutes your consent to the changes.
